This week Dober attended the 2017 CPhI India (Convention of Pharmaceutical Ingredients) with Brenntag India. The CPhI show is part of India Pharma week that showcases the latest trends and technologies in this rapidly growing market. We are proud to have Dober's Chematic brand so well represented.
Dober's Coolant Additives team attended Inter Lubric China's 2017 International Lubricants, Base Oils, & Additives Conference in Beijing with Brenntag China. Inter Lubric China has been successfully held annually in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai over the past 17 years, attracting over 2000 exhibitors, more than 90,000 professional attendees including manufactures, dealers, distributors and end users, with about 100 seminars and conferences in total. It is the wind vane of the China lubricants industry development and regarded as a must-attend annual event for lubricant professionals. Dober's partnership with Brenntag China is helping Dober gain higher visibility in the Chinese additives market.
March 10, 2017 -- As a part of our strategic partnership, Dober was invited to give a cleaning demonstration yesterday at Evonik's Coating School, a workshop that they put on for their customers to teach them how to formulate and apply their Eudragit coatings.
October 25, 2016 --Today the Chematic Division participated in a webinar that was a joint collaboration of three great companies, Evonik, Glatt & Dober. Evonik hosted the webinar for customers interested in improving cleaning efficiencies following the use of the Eudragit coatings. Dober presented our expertise in improving efficiencies with our specially designed Chematic detergents, and Glatt shared the results of our successful joint trial cleaning Evonik’s Eudragit L 30D 55 in a coating pan using Chematic L. The webinar is a great example of three companies working together to solve an industry issue, and add value to our customers.
May 12, 2016 -- Today our Dober team is in Darmstadt, Germany, to officially launch our new product Chematic L formulated detergent, for our partner Evonik.
Dober hosted 9 guests from Brenntag Canada's Water Additives Team for a water treatment bootcamp. We were fortunate to have the sales leaders from all 5 major provinces across Canada attend. Our guests received an in-depth classroom and hands-on practical education on Industrial (GreenFloc) and Environmental (HaloKlear) water treatment. The whole group was extremely excited and eager to learn more about our product lines and how they can maximize their sales efforts in Canada. Everyone in the group now has the confidence and knowledge to bring our GreenFloc and HaloKlear products to market! This is another great leap forward in the Dober-Brenntag strategic partnership and is a great example of how invested each side is in ensuring our partnership is successful. Special thank you to all at Dober who helped arrange this event and those Water Treatment team members who flew in from across the country to help out.
Our Chile team on a trip to Santiago. Dober now blends finished coolant for Cummins Filtration's customers in Chile using Brenntag as our contract blender. We will grow our business throughout South America.
Dan Dobrez and Adam Kowalewicz traveled to Thailand, this last fall, where they hosted a two day training for Brenntag. The two days consisted of in depth sales training on the Chematic Detergent line, complete with role playing scenarios, and a lab demo day where attendees performed ACM studies and learned the basics of validation. The two day training was well received and attended by 24 participants from 10 South East Asian countries. We have additional training sessions planned in 2017 for the other Brenntag regions, and will make the training materials available to Brenntag on the new Dober Digital Lab.
April starts an exciting new cooperative marketing effort between Dober and our highly valued strategic partner, Brenntag. This new cooperative effort has been in the works for the last 5 months. This is the first co-branded campaign developed jointly. This campaign will feature Dober's Chematic product line. The next campaign is in the works with Brenntag and will promote our GreenFloc product line.
Dober and our strategic partner Brenntag - India hosted a seminar in Baddi, India in February. This was an event that Dober sponsored, and Brenntag organized. We had over 73 attendees from 25 different Pharma / BioPharma companies. The event was a great success and we now actively working with 25 new customer together -- all of which came to the event with a cleaning issue. It was evident that our collaboration will result in mutual success.
